Small as she may seem, Misaki is a 1/6 scale figure measuring 140mm in this playful sitting position. From the science fiction, gore-filled seinen manga, GANTZ, comes quesQ’s Reika who is available for pre-order with a January 2025 release. Reika’s wearing her revealing GANTZ suit, which has seen some representation in figure-form for how it shows off her tremendous gravure idol body. However, quesQ’s interpretation sees her with an attractive, feminine face in a style balancing between anime and realism. There’s also a bit of movement with how the wind catches her hair and how she looks to the side while turning her foot inward. Almost fourteen years after her initial release, Kotobukiya is re-releasing their 1/8th scale Makise Kurisu from the unrepeatable STEINS;GATE visual novel. Kurisu here, is based on an original illustration by character designer, huke, for the game. A good number of Kotobukiya’s older figures have held up well with age, Makise Kurisu is one of them.
