As mentioned earlier, Chiyuki, as with most girls from THE iDOLM@STER, is based on a CG from the game.
Her face is gorgeous. We could leave it at that. Her outfit and pose reminded me of SkyTube’s Shiraki Meiko from Prison School. Mainly her gloves and hat. Chiyuki doesn’t exactly have an intimidating expression. She’s not going to fill you up with fear. Based on her expression, she seems more likely to say “Ara ara.” Her pouted lips are lovely for their obvious depth and pink gloss. There’s not much to her face, which might be the reason why she’s so charming. Her eyes look better, like she looking at you. They aren’t as vacant-looking as in the illustration.
For Chiyuki’s ponytail, the pleats themselves are defined from the top of her head to her shoulder. Towards the little ribbon, they lose definition, however. The back is probably the best for conveying how her hair was combed to the side for the pleats.
Chiyuki bending her whip is another highlight. At least, for me it is. For her hands and fingers themselves, her right thumb juts out and seems too long. Her right hand’s other fingers are nice from the inside. They’re okay from the outside. Dare I say, the detail in her palm and subsequently, her wrist, stands out the most for how she pulls the whip backward.
