From the popular browser game “Kantai Collection -KanColle-” comes a Wonder Hobby Selection scale figure of the third Mogami-class Heavy Cruiser, Suzuya in her Kai-II form!
Using the original illustration by Konishi as a basis, Suzuya has been recreated with a level of three-dimensional detail only possible in figure form! The gorgeous gradiation of her ship deck knee socks has been faithfully recreated. The thoroughly detailed painting of hair is another highlight! Admirals, be sure to add her to your collection!

Max Factory’s coloring really plucks Suzuya from the game and brings her into real life (then again, no game, no life ☺ ). Her cardigan’s sculpting also emits a plush feeling with the detailed creases furthering its softness. Speaking of softness, she has a gorgeous milky skin tone stark contrast from her turquoise-colored hair and earthen-brown outfit.
Her carefree attitude has also been nicely captured, along with the flicking of her wrist as if to say her “chiisu” as she passes the admiral’s office or maybe arrives for her secretarial duties. A personal favorite detail are the strands of hair above her ear and next to her hair clip, which I’m glad was sculpted as they appear in the artwork.
