Impressions

Nero's smile is eye-catching and makes her look exceptionally happy. It's one of the nicer ways I've seen a sculptor handle this type of toothless smile. Instead of fully sculpting inside her mouth, the sides look to be partially carved out and painted a darker pink for the inside. Tamamo doesn't look as excited as Nero though, with somewhat hooded eyes and parted lips, she has a more seductive air about her.

If we look a little higher, we'll see that they don't have a lot of detail in their hair. The strands that come from Nero's intakes, for example, are mostly smooth with barely any detail. The smoothness in Tamamo's longer sections aren't as prominent, but the lack of detail in her fringe is quite. But at the back of her hair, certain tufts sag in a way that makes her hair look loosely tied or that there's too much hair in the ribbon, both indicating volume. Nero's cute ponytail has defined section that split apart at the bottom, like it's moving with her. Suffice to say, the detail in the back sections of their hair is far better than the front.

On their own, but together.

The colors of their outfits look inspired by their original outfits and while they look good on their own, the red, blue, black, silver, and brown clash in disharmony. Even though the colors don't work, the paintwork used to express the glossy finish is without fault. A subtle touch is the painted zipper on Tamamo's jacket. The pastel yellow and peach used for their hair is nice, so is the paint used for their skin. Their boots match their respective styles and are a visual feast, not only are they different types, but they have noticeably different textures too. If I could nitpick, two straight black boots would be better for Nero. More is more, but red with black and white checkered squares that has "Fate/EXTRA" plastered on the side is a bit much.

In what's a pair of individuals doing their own thing, there's beautiful harmony in their independent poses. Harmony aside, their legs bending inward like that looks incredibly uncomfortable. The rest of their bodies are beautifully sculpted though, starting with Nero's exposed sultry hips and deeply arched back. Nero's neck is mostly bare, allowing your eyes to trace down her perfectly defined collarbone to her sloping and well-endowed bosom. Note how her breasts slightly press against and push over her PVC one-piece. To your right, Tamamo's crop-top hides her neck in lieu of placing emphasis on her larger bust and well toned, but still squishy stomach, not to mention her superb belly. Notice how the fasteners of her short-shorts join and curve downward with slack created by her posture.

Conclusion

Neither of them are perfect, but I can't help but like these two a little more each time I see them. Nero's lively and joyful expression is wonderful, with her mouth being especially remarkable. And Tamamo, who barely received a mention in the product description and might have seemed like an afterthought here, in fact steals the show.
